Finding a Product That is Selling (updated)

I added some important notes below that are very helpful.Please read the text in red. Now I am going into more advanced Internet Marketing easy to follow tips. These techniques are not necessary complicated, but the key here is to know and do what is working precisely. May be a good idea is to pay close attention here, because this is a fine art full with little details that could be missed on the way. Internet marketing is a complex science and requires very precise approach as well very wide view of what we do.

When we search for a product we start with big "WHY?" in order to find ourselves in the jungle of "HOW?" and "WHAT?".

           WHY? Why we market this product? Why we exist? Why this particular product will give somebody a value that will satisfy them? Why our buyers can solve their problems with this product or even change their life? Why not? Why we want to sell this particular product? Why I am doing this campaign?

There are two kinds of digital products to market

1. CPA- Cost Per Action which I recommend for beginners because they are free for the consumers or prospects and usually are simple sign in form. Here comes the question "Why my prospects will sign for this offer?" There must be incentive or benefit that is underline either on the advertising or on the sign up form. Nobody will sign for nothing. CPA offers are more fast to convert because are FREE. Just we have to be careful to chose an offer with high pay out ,so we can cover the cost for advertising and make some profit. CPA campaigns could be very sweet if done out of the box with cost effective traffic. There is a very good video tutorials  by Chad Hamzeh Traffic Black Book. I am not pushing this product just because is available for sale on Clickbank, but I purchased it and I found it quite valuable for myself. For those who are tight on budget, in the coming posts I will outline more advanced research and traffic strategies. The down side of these CPA offers is that they do not pay more than $12 per lead, but this is compensated by the volume of people that sign in for the offers. when things start to look beautiful and we have more profits from CPA offers, we can turn to affiliate marketing on Clickbank or JVZoo . By the way signing for Affiliate or CPA network is totally free.
2. Affiliate products are those that offer commision from the total price that is selling for. They make more money in sense of $ amount but requires more crafty marketing than CPA offers. There are tons of affiliate products on Clickbank. They are in every niche and subject of life, but which ones are quality products? Well the next part of this post is all about finding the quality saleable offers. It 's easy as cake and very reliable.

How to do the choosing and the research fast?

1. I go to the landing page of the CPA or affiliate offer and I copy the URL up to including the ".com". If the offer's URL is something like-  http://www.slimfast.com/432-hte /724 (for example) I copy only www.slimfast.com. Than I go to Alexa (alexa.com) and I enter the URL into the search box. Than will come the ranking for US or the country where the site is based and Global ranking. we need both in order to determine if this offer is grate. Global will rank no more than 100 000 and local maybe 70 000. Anything above this is "dead in the sea". We, ironically, want to see competition and that this site has a traffic. Competition is good !!!
2. I look the Gravity for this product . If it's below 50-60 I do not even bother with it. It means that not many people are selling and that means that not many people are buying this product. Again - competition is good!!!
3. I look for low at the "door" cost with high recurring or rebilling cost/commision. WHY? Because I do not want to babysit my offers. I want get one sale with more to come upgrades. Which means a product with good sell funnel. People get in with low price , than they like the product and they upgrade for more money, meaning that the offer is quality product and will give them satisfaction. also means that the people behind the product know "WHY? and WHAT?" they are doing and are not selling fluf. 
4. I want to see if there is demand for the product. for this purpose I will go and open Google Keyword Planner( you have to sign for Google Adwords in order access this tool  for FREE}. Google changed the platform but not much is different. We want to see the numbers for searches for this product. Again we will copy the URL up to and the ".com" and we will insert this in the search box as Google will give as exact search by default and this what we want-EXACT SEARCHES. you can use any other keyword tool, but just make sure you look for EXACT SEARCH. Google will scan the website for you up and down ,left and right and will show you something. If these numbers are bigger than 8 000, preferably above 20 000-30 000, we are good to go. Have some few offers and compare the numbers. See with which one you will connect and like. Than ask again all the "WHY-s?".
5. Final and very important check. I put the URL without the .com or the name of the site in Google search. It will give you in the search box option with key word - "bla,la la review" check this reviews because 2/3 of the buyers of this products check reviews in Google  before they buy.

REMEMBER: Quality products is essential. Here are four examples:
The Good

FB Influence has outstanding reviews and is super quality product. There are only good reviews about it all the way to the the entire page on Google  search. Traffic Blackbook authority product and many happy buyers are pouring to Google to share and promote this product. It is overwhelming that so many people are promoting it because they believe in this product. The Bad

Google sniper is a shady offer and the reviews are bombardment of Google . When I checked the Google groups and forums i found very disgruntled comments.

And The Ugly

CB Passive Income has right the way  the 1st and 2nd  spot on the first page with drastic negative reviews. I expected that at the end of the review the guy will push some other product to sell in contrast of this, but I was wrong . That means that he was burned and his opinion is valid.

Now I am thinking about my approach again  and i do every time when I promote something  and I see that everything is there. people that are searching for it, people that are interested to sell it,people that find there why reason to buy it and people that will find there "WHY?" in this product. The process is similar for CPA offers.

Please note: sometimes promoters and owners of a website or offer will bombard Google with positive reviews, either by them or friends or affiliates, just to push the product and some thimes affiliates will post negative reviews just to push another offer. READ BETWEEN THE LINES TO FIND WARNING SIGNS.

Why? Why?  Why? Have as many "why-s?" as you can imagine and answer them objectively preferably with a second opinion or even better with 3rd and 4th. The more answers we have for our "why?' the better the vision on this product. It is not advisable to sell a product just because is sellable now. Remember that one time successful selling could lose a bunch of dissatisfied customers and we don't want any losing  of hard earn prospects. When we sell value and satisfaction we make our customers buy more from us because they trust us. After we find the answers of our "why?", we can move to research a product.

With this I will conclude my post on product research. Please don't get lost in so many ways in order to research a product. I have done it and is a mess. My easy method is fabulous and never failed me. Internet marketing has its value. We do not want to stuck and get lost with hours until our labor is paid by $2 an hour estimated value /time.
