Niche Selection (small update)

I would like to update my post on product selection. Sorry, I forget things. From what niche my products should be? Well here are some Ideas:

1. Making money on the internet- everybody wants to make money and improve their life. What is more massive  about this is that everybody want to make money from home and improve their lifestyle with more independence and free time. Everybody is looking for this dream work.
2. Health and weight lose and beauty - It's obvious that everybody at least want to feel fresh and energized. Forget about weight lose that is a common problem for both men and women when certain age arrives or after birth and illness. Don't forget bodybuilding and exercise. Not only US but 2/3 of the world is flooded with junk processed food today. In addition, there are les physical activities with the advanced technology these days. Let me underline the factor of STRESS. As  a taxi driver I pick up passengers every weekday in NYC up and until 12 am at midnight. Nobody works 9 to 5 anymore and this trend is spreading all over the world. Stress is a major factor for all abnormalities including weight gain, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and all kind of internal diseases- small or big.
3. Games - they are part of every child and teenager's life today. My 7 years old son has laptop,Ipad, Xbox, and portable  Sony Play station and he is very good on most games. Back than when I was 7 we played with spears,slings, bows and arrows. My first computer I had when I was 29. Evolution in one generation. Literally the son of a neandertal become super enhanced technologically 21 century kid. Go figure out the history of evolution of man.
4. Survival -  Ma-a-n, this people are just buying like crazy. I remember I had this hunting /surviving/Rambow period when I spend $2000 on gear and gadgets just to go outdoors ones in a month and I live in the most urban area-New York City. Mountain gear shops exist for 40 years in NYC and the internet did not move them at all from the business. It's different picture for the music and clothing industry.
5. Relationship - Disaster on the horizons. Women look desperately to find steady relationship and guys are looking desperately to get laid. Women are way too much independent and this scares the guys off like crazy. Ironically , man freaks out even when they meet submissive and dependant girls. It's so much conflict in this venue that is a total disaster for both sexes. I have seen in my taxi a total emotional breakdowns by both- girls and guys and is all about relationships. This trend is not common just for NYC. I went to UK and have seen the same in both country and London areas. I have been in Istanbul and is the same. Bulgaria, Poland, Italy, Paris - is all over the same sad story with different taste. It is a never ending conflict.

  These are my favorite. As an idea see which stores or shops are standing for a long time in business. Basically the ones that sell necessities, improvement, entertainment. Read reports on consumer spending and see where the spending goes. It life and the science of internet marketing is not different.
